Return Policy

• Please contact us to start the RMA process.
• Qualified customers can get instant access to return labels
• Know what is being returned with real-time tracking
• Returns must be started within 30 days of receiving the order
• Return labels will be emailed as a PDF attachment for convenient printing and taping to the return packaging.
• There may be a 20% restocking fee if returned products at not new in original packaging, or have been used, even slightly used.
• There is no returns offered on customized products with customized logo-branding, printing, or firmware/software customizations.

You can also start a return by contacting us and providing the Order #, return/replacement reason and you will be issued an RMA form to complete. 

Note: FEITIAN US is not responsible for items returned without an RMA#.

Once the return has been received, we will inspect and process the return. The original payment method will be refunded the full amount for the merchandise returned minus associated restocking and shipping fees, if applicable.

• Cancellation requests made prior to the order being shipped out will be cancelled and refunded in full.
